The FNP team got together Friday night for some chicken wings and ribs. We polished off around 30 wings and 2 racks of baby backs. This was our imitation of ribs from the famous Rendezvous in Memphis. Our only team member who has been to said establishment said we missed the mark. The ribs were more than eatable as we finished em off in a hurry. We couldn't find the camera, but even if we had I don't think we had time for pics. Special thanks go out to:

I didnt say they missed the mark. I said they were good, but different. A little tweaking and they will be competition ready.
