I love this live bbq comp blog! Never seen something like this before from a comp. Will have to do this too.
Hey, what type of bbq comp is this? Is it sanctioned by anoyone? What entries are there? What are you cooking and what cooker & wood? How do judges like bbq in Round Rock, TX? Any music? I know, lots of questions...that's me.
